Faculty of Practitioners · In formation
Judgement, proven in practice.
Change rarely fails for lack of a method. It fails when the people leading it misread what is really going on. The Faculty of Practitioners is being built to sharpen that judgement, through practice rather than theory.
The Change Floor
Every leader said yes. The floor hasn't moved. Step into a small company as its change practitioner: walk the office, read the evidence, win the right sponsors and make the change stick before the programme closes.
Bring whichever method you practise. The game judges whether your practice was sound, not which framework you used.
Practice first
Judgement over recipes
Methods matter, but practitioners succeed or fail on how well they read the situation in front of them.
Method-neutral
Good practice is judged on its soundness, whichever approach a practitioner brings.
Built with practitioners
Tools and games are tested by people who do the work, and improved with their feedback.
